General web site usage information:

 

v     URL ADDRESS: Are you typing the correct address?  The address is www.donnelleylogistics.com.

v     Are you clicking on FAVORITES or have our web address saved as a bookmark?  If so, retype the address or type another address to check web access.

v     BROWSER TYPE/VERSION: Are you using an older version?  Netscape/Internet Explorer 5.0 is recommended.

v     FIREWALL:  Make sure to check with your I.T. department for internal firewall configuration (does your company have support for inbound/outbound FTP)?

 

Common Problems:

 

You are unable to log in with your user name and password:

 

v     ACCESS DENIED: Please call the Customer Service Hotline for user name and password verification.

v     REMEMBER:  Your user name and password are both are case-sensitive!  If you are still unable to log in, please call the Customer Service Hotline for assistance.

 

You have typed in your password information, but are unable to view your file(s):

 

v     FILE DOWNLOAD PROBLEMS: The file you download is in comma separated format.  Once you save the file to a directory, you will need to save in Excel format.

 

v     FILE VIEWING/SAVING: Are you choosing to open the file from its current location?  Try saving the file to your computer instead. 

 

You are able to view/download your file, but the file is incomplete:

 

v     DELIVERY DATE INFORMATION IS MISSING: The web files are updated TWICE per day.  Please allow 48 hours for delivery updates.

 

v      MISSING DATA/PARTIAL EXCEL FILE: If your file contains column headings, but does not have any data, please call the Customer Service Hotline for assistance.
